1. Cancellation Notice Period

Clients may cancel their orders without any penalties if they notify us at least 48 hours (2 days) before the trip date.

2. Late Cancellation Fees

If a cancellation is made within 48 hours (2 days) of the trip date, 30% of the total trip fee will be non-refundable. This fee covers the time and resources allocated for the preparation of your trip.
